We are observing the guidelines of the State of Vermont and will be requiring that all guests comply with Vermont State Department of Health Regulations.
In accord with the current rules all guests are required to sign a statement certifying compliance with the policy.
Cancelation Policy
If a reservation is canceled and we are holding a deposit, we will refund the deposit if and when we fill your cottage rental. We reserve the right to charge for any additional advertising expenses for attempting to fill your cancellation. If we fill partially or at a discount we will pro rate the deposit to reflect our loss. This policy applies to daily, weekly, multi-week, or monthly rentals.
